Plenary Partners
How should I go about finding a double delegate or plenary partner, given that I have interest in councils within a plenary but do not have another person to partner with?
Prospective delegates should indicate their preferred double delegate or plenary partner in their sign up response, should they have one. If they are part of a delegation, they can indicate preference to be paired up with another delegate who is either within their own delegation or put down a name that is outside of their delegation. Please note that all prospective delegates will have to fill up the sign up form for the team to be able to consider requested pairings.
Otherwise, the allocations team will strive to pair delegates with another delegate with similar preferences, based on the information provided in their sign up form. Delegates will have the opportunity to correspond through email prior to the conference, once delegate allocations have been received.
Press Corps
Can I participate in the Press Corps without indicating two other people to group with?
We encourage prospective delegates to sign up as a group of three and indicate each other as their preferred triple delegates, and cannot guarantee allocation to the Press Corps should a prospective delegate not have indicated their preferred triple delegation partners.

I am the teacher-in-charge of my school’s delegation. Can I view the conference documents that will be sent to my students?
Yes, teachers-in-charge may indicate their preference to receive conference materials in their school’s registration sheet.
Are delegation teacher-advisors allowed to observe the conference?
Yes, teachers-in-charge may indicate their initial interest in observing the conference within their school’s registration sheet. There will be no additional fee charged for observer teachers who come to YMAX.
What are the payment methods for local delegates?
For delegates residing in Singapore, payment should be made via bank transfer. Exact details will be emailed to you after we have successfully received your registration form. MOE-registered schools will also have the option to pay via IFAAS. When prompted, kindly furnish us with more details for the sending of the e-invoice to you.
After payment, how will I be informed of my confirmed registration?

What are the payment methods for overseas delegates?
For delegates residing outside of Singapore, payment should primarily be made via bank transfer. Exact details will be emailed to you after we havesuccessfully received your registration form.
